A1 Roofing did a very good job replacing our roof and we recommend them. The large crew was efficient and skilled at their work. We were impressed at how quickly the job was accomplished, just half a day, and at the attention to detail that was taken, especially on the metal work. The workers took the time to make sure the job was done right. Just a couple of disappointments. When the crew showed up around 7:30am, no one approached us to let us know what was happening. We never saw or heard from the job foreman. Also, there was a long delay until the final billing on the project, almost three months. We thought we were getting a free roof! When the bill did arrive, there was an unexpected charge that ultimately was fully explained and discounted, not quite to our complete satisfaction, but helpful none the less.

Expert Roof Maintenance in Olathe, KS
Roof maintenance in Shawnee means staying ahead of the weather before it causes real damage. Shawnee sees heavy spring rains, summer heat, hail, and winter ice. Each season puts stress on shingles, flashing, gutters, and seals. At 1A Roofing, our maintenance service covers a full roof inspection, gutter clearing, debris removal, flashing checks, and minor repairs. We look for cracked or curling shingles, granule loss, and soft spots that signal deeper problems. Shawnee has a wide mix of homes, from older neighborhoods with mature tree cover to newer builds with their own wear patterns. Both need regular attention to stay protected. Catching a small issue now keeps it from turning into a leak, water damage, or a full replacement later. If you own a home in Shawnee and have not had your roof checked recently, contact 1A Roofing to schedule a maintenance visit.
