A1 Roofing did a very good job replacing our roof and we recommend them. The large crew was efficient and skilled at their work. We were impressed at how quickly the job was accomplished, just half a day, and at the attention to detail that was taken, especially on the metal work. The workers took the time to make sure the job was done right. Just a couple of disappointments. When the crew showed up around 7:30am, no one approached us to let us know what was happening. We never saw or heard from the job foreman. Also, there was a long delay until the final billing on the project, almost three months. We thought we were getting a free roof! When the bill did arrive, there was an unexpected charge that ultimately was fully explained and discounted, not quite to our complete satisfaction, but helpful none the less.

We had a good experience with A1! They responded quickly after our first contact and were able to repair our roof in very good time and before the weather turned. They found extra damage to the roof that we didn’t know about beforehand, which they handled professionally and kept us informed on. Communication drastically slowed down after the work was done so we had to wait for quite a while to know the end cost and coordinate with insurance, but besides that they took care of us and we are happy with the result! We loved our experience with A1 Roofing! Israel and his crew took care of us from start to finish. Not only did they do a beautiful job on our roof but we also had them replace our siding that had hail damage. Cassidy was incredible at communicating with the insurance company. We were given the opportunity upgrade our siding which has made such a difference on the look of the house. It has even cut us cost on utilities. We love the finished product and would recommend them to everyone!!
